CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT of OJSC «S. KOVALSKA REINFORCED-CONCRETE PRODUCTS PLANT»

This is the construction department owned by the Industrial-Construction Group «Kovalska»; the department is one of Kiev’s 10 largest construction organizations, and a representative of the new generation of full-cycle construction companies.

The department specializes in development and implementation of various projects of any purpose and complexity, under use of advanced construction technologies, special construction equipment and best-quality materials. The overall staff, inclusive of the technical and engineering staff, totals in 670 employees.

The range of the company’s well-known recent projects realized in Kiev includes a residential complex «Zhokei»; Ukraine’s first 36-storey residential building at Kniazhy Zaton Street; complex development of Pivnichni Osokorky residential community; residential building at Pankovska Street; many modern parking lots, and other projects.
