LLC «KOVALSKA-ZHYTLOSERVICE»

This is an operating organization of the Industrial-Construction Group «Kovalska». This organization ensures maintenance and servicing for the buildings erected by the Group’s construction and assembly department. The first projects completed in 2004 included three residential buildings (over 1200 apartments) located at the Nikolaya Bazhana Boulevard, Kiev.

As of early 2008, the organization renders services for 16 objects, among which are residential buildings (4000 apartments), office centers (over 400 office rooms), underground parking lots (total area 500 000 m²). Noteworthy is the fact that the residential buildings serviced by the «Kovalska-Zhytloservice» include 3 highest buildings in Ukraine, namely the buildings located at Kniazhy Zaton Street, 21, Grishka Street, 9, and, Sribnokylska Street, 1 (Kiev).

The «Kovalska-Zhytloservice» staff includes over 200 employees engaged in 10 housing maintenance departments.
