LLC «KOVALSKA-PROJECT»
The company is engaged in designing of residential and public buildings, and industrial projects. This activity has been officially certified by the License ÀÂ ¹119828 issued by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy.
The company’s specialists were the authors of a range of projects in Kiev. The projects include a residential building with underground parking at Levitana Street (15000 m2); administrative building at P. Myrnogo Street, 4; office and hotel complex at Pobedy Boulevard (130 000 m2).
The projects currently under development include: residential complex at Krasnopolskaya Street; production base of the OJSC «S. Kovalska Reinforced-Concrete Products Plant» in Vyshnevy town; concrete and building mortars production complex on the premises of LLC «AvtoBudCOMPLEX-K», Kiev; administrative and educational building at Rezervnaya Street, 8, Kiev. Other activities include reconstruction of the Omelyanovsky Quarry, Zhytomyr region, and, OJSC «BudIndustriya», Chernigov.
