LLC «OMELYANOVSKY QUARRY»

This is a large-scale producer and operator of the Berezovsky granite field (Zhytomyr region). The company provides for the demands of the «Kovalska» group and other enterprises by delivery of granite chippings and siftings, granite mixture, and quarry stone.

The company is comprised of four main departments: Mining Department; Screening-and-Crushing Department; Transportation Department; and Handling Department.

The company’s staff includes 190 employees; the annual extraction of high-quality gravel chippings exceeds 350 000 tons, with the overall field reserves totaling in some 33 thou. tons.

One of the company’s principles is constant development and modernization. Currently, the company’s facilities are updated by installation of ultramodern equipment by “Metso minerals” being as expensive as €10 mln. This new equipment is intended to both ensure a triple increase of gravel production output, and improve the quality of gravel.
