05.02.2010 CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ACCOMMODATION CONTINUES The Construction Complex of the ICG «Kovalska» continues to erect new residential objects in Kiev. In particular, a 24-storey residential block no. 11 is being constructed under the order of the KhK «KyivMiskBud» and as part of the project for complex development of the Osokorky-6 residential district. The new block shall feature such attractive features as blocked structure (most popular nowadays), innovational construction materials from the ICG «Kovalska», three sections and 352 apartments of improved planning; the apartments shall be available for sale from the February of 2010, and for settlement – as from October, 2011. The minimum price per one square meter is UAH 9 000.
The residential block no. 11 is located in immediate proximity to the “Osokorky” metro station, over a conveniently arranged traffic interchange. As envisaged in the Master Plan, the territory of this microdistrict shall be the site to: two nurseries, a comprehensive school for 33 classes, a lyceum for 22 classes, a polyclinic, a fitness center, an underground parking lot, parking areas for guests, clubs, and a church.
