  Such decision was taken based on results of checking the state of the project construction in housing development of residential block "Osokorki-Pivnichni" of Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.  Certificate No. КВ 16411049778 based on Certificate of readiness for putting into use was issued by Inspection of SAC dated September 30, 2011.
