ICG «KOVALSKAYA» LAUNCHES NEW PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF DRY CONSTRUCTION MIXTURESIn May 2008, the industrial and Construction Group «Kovalskaya» launched the production of dry construction mixtures to provide for the demand of construction companies, professional construction teams, and private consumers, for high-quality building mixtures. The facilities intended for production of dry construction mixtures SILTEK are located in the Obolon microdistrict (Kiev). The plant has been equipped with the production facilities from the world’s leading manufacturers to ensure compliance with the latest technologies and innovations. The whole project had been developed and implemented by the Finnish company “Lahti Precision”; the basic production facilities were supplied from Finland, Norway, Spain, Holland and France. The manufacture of dry construction mixtures “SILTEK” shall be realized according to the process of mixture fluidization, which is innovative for Ukraine. This technology provides for the best use of the properties of chemical additives, and, fast and accurate weighing of such additives, which is the guarantee of best product quality. The assortment shall include the dry construction mixtures that are in the greatest demand in the market, namely: adhesive mixtures; plaster mixtures; putty mixtures; waterproofing mixtures, and also, the mixtures for brick masonry and construction of floors. The mentioned equipment shall allow for manufacture of most complex products, or, depending on client’s demands, for individual selection and manufacture of dry construction mixtures for any type of construction and finishing works. ... |

NEW CONCRETE-MIXING UNIT “SIMEM ÂÅÒÁÅÒÎÍ 100” LAUNCHED AT "BETON COMPLEX” PLANTThe “Beton Complex” Plant incorporated in the Industrial and Construction Group «Kovalskaya» has launched the new concrete-mixing unit SIMEM ÂÅÒÁÅÒÎÍ 100 (of Italian make). The launch of the new unit became urgent through stable and ever-increasing demand for ready-mixed concrete and construction mixtures, and, was also intended to extend the existing assortment of products. The new mixing unit is fully automated and operates under the SIMEMATIC TOUCH control system. The major advantage of the new unit is the capacity to manufacture of the full range of concrete mixtures and mortars of various elasticity levels, as required in the normative technical documentation. The fully-automated production cycle ensures high-quality products compliant with all related requirements under the SS GOST and DSTU.
