In view of the approaching New Year, the KhK «KievGorStroy» and OJSC «S. Kovalska Reinforced-Concrete Products Plant» held a celebratory presentation of a new building project completed in the Osokorky-6 residential district. The Open Day’s agenda of activities included live communication between the existing and new residents of building no. 3 at Ye. Chavdar Street; other parties of communication included potential investors, journalists, management officials of the Holding, representatives of subcontractor and those of the operating organization.

A 25-storey building includes 198 apartments, namely, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments of improved planning, of the total area of 15 326 m². The adjacent territory shall house a children’s and sports grounds, guest parking area, and utility service buildings.

Despite the crisis situation in the construction industry, the ICG «Kovalska» has duly reported to the customer for due fulfillment of obligations on commissioning of a building ready to accept new tenants. As specified in the Plan, the building shall be connected to the utility services, followed by launch of heating and electric supply systems, before the end of the current year. The operating organization of the LLC «Kovalska-Zhylservice» holding as many as 20 objects shall ensure the due level of servicing for future residents. Other utility networks being laid to the new building include television, telephone and internet lines.

Similar meetings were held in Troeshchina and Pozniaki, where the KhK «KievGorStroy» currently undertakes complex development of new residential districts.
