February 10, 2010, the territory of the «Beton Complex» plant incorporated under the Industrial and Construction Group «Kovalska» was the site to hold the general meeting of the participants to the "All-Ukrainian Union of Manufacturers of Construction Materials and Products" Association. The members of the Board of Directors of the Ukrainian Construction Association were invited to the Meeting.
The agenda of the meetings focused on the following issues important to the current field:
1. Measures on implementation of state and regional infrastructural projects; programs of social and affordable accommodation; and, programs for development of individual construction;
2. Convocation of the All-Ukraine Conference of Directors of Construction Banking Sectors, under participation of the leaders of the state, regions and local authorities; the Conference’s objective is to define the measures to prevent the collapse of the construction industry of Ukraine;
3. Establishment of the Innovation and Investment Cluster «Union of Low-rise and Cottage Construction Development».
The management of the LLC «Beton Complex» arranged an excursion for the participants of the Meeting. The excursion included demonstration of the Plant’s facilities, in particular, the production area employed in the manufacture of new-generation construction mixtures under the «SILTEK» trademark; and, a presentation of the technical capabilities of the Plant’s modern-day equipment.
